1. About these terms
These terms apply when a business uses Wilmot AI Ltd for managed digital marketing services, including audits, Google Ads, SEO, web design, reporting, automation and related support.
2. What we provide
Wilmot provides practical marketing support using a mix of human direction, specialist tools and AI-assisted workflows. The exact service depends on the plan, proposal or written agreement accepted by the client.
We may create or manage campaigns, landing pages, reports, tracking, keyword research, content drafts, technical fixes, recommendations and other marketing tasks agreed with the client.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, prompt feedback, suitable access to relevant accounts, and approval for material decisions where approval is needed. Clients remain responsible for their business, budgets, legal compliance, product claims, customer service and final commercial decisions.
4. Account access and credentials
Clients should provide access through official user, partner or manager permissions wherever possible. Shared passwords should only be used when there is no practical alternative.
Clients are responsible for removing our access when the relationship ends if access was granted through their own systems. We may also remove or request removal of access when work ends or where continued access is no longer needed.
5. AI tool usage disclosure
Wilmot uses AI tools to assist with analysis, copy, reporting, planning, automation and workflow delivery. AI tools can improve speed and consistency, but they can also produce mistakes. We use professional judgement when applying AI-assisted outputs.
Clients should not send highly sensitive personal data, regulated data or confidential third-party information unless it is necessary for the agreed work and appropriate safeguards have been discussed.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled by written notice before the next billing date. Work may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
Fees already paid are not normally refundable once work has started or access has been provided. We may offer a refund or credit at our discretion if a billing error has occurred or if we have clearly failed to provide the agreed service.
7. Acceptable use
Clients must not use Wilmot for unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, spam, malware, prohibited advertising, fake review, deceptive lead generation or platform policy violating activity.
We may refuse, pause or stop work if a request creates legal risk, platform risk, security risk, reputational risk or conflicts with our standards.
8. Performance and platform limits
We aim to provide professional, commercially useful marketing work. We do not guarantee search rankings, ad approvals, sales, leads, revenue, return on ad spend, uninterrupted platform access or specific outcomes. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.
9. Liability limits
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, Wilmot is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, platform downtime, third-party failures or results affected by inaccurate client information.
Where liability can be limited, our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the affected service in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version unless a separate signed agreement applies.
