Wilmot is your AI business buddy, a single subscription that gives you access to 14+ pre-built AI skills covering every area of your business. From marketing and finance to HR, legal, recruitment and customer service, Wilmot is available 24/7 via WhatsApp, Slack or iMessage. Think of it as having a team of specialists available at any hour for a fraction of the cost of a single employee. Wilmot learns your business, adapts to your preferences and gets more powerful the more you use it.
Not at all. Wilmot is designed to be as simple to use as sending a WhatsApp message, because in many cases that is exactly what it is. There is no software to install on your computer, no complicated setup processes and no coding required at any stage. Our onboarding team guides you through the initial setup in a single session, typically lasting 30 to 60 minutes. After that, the Wilmot Academy provides comprehensive guides, video tutorials and templates to help you get the most out of every skill.
Most businesses are up and running within 24 hours of signing up. After you complete the signup process, you will receive a welcome email with your onboarding instructions. Our team will then set up your preferred channel (WhatsApp, Slack or iMessage), train Wilmot on some basic information about your business, and walk you through your first interactions. You will be having productive conversations with Wilmot before the end of your first day.
The best platform is the one your team already uses most frequently. WhatsApp is the most popular choice for small businesses and sole traders as it is already on almost everyone's phone. Slack is often preferred by teams who already use it for internal communication, as Wilmot integrates directly as a bot within your existing workspace. iMessage is popular with Apple-centric businesses and sole traders who prefer a native mobile experience. You can always switch channels later without losing your training or settings.
Yes. The standard subscription allows your entire team to interact with Wilmot on your chosen channel. Your employees can ask Wilmot questions, request it to complete tasks, and benefit from its skills just as you do. You retain full admin control and can set permissions to determine which team members can access which features.
Wilmot is competitively priced on a simple monthly subscription, with no setup fees, no hidden charges and no long-term contracts. All 14+ skills are included in the single monthly fee. We offer a free trial so you can experience the full platform before committing.
Yes. There is no minimum contract period, no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months, but we never charge after cancellation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves. Monthly invoices are sent to your registered email address automatically.
Yes. We offer a free trial so you can experience the full power of Wilmot before committing to a paid subscription. Many of our members see a return on investment within their first two weeks. If you have specific questions before signing up, our team is happy to chat with you via WhatsApp.
No. The monthly subscription includes all 14+ skills, all future skill updates, unlimited usage on your chosen channel, and access to the Wilmot Academy. There are no usage fees, no per-message charges and no costs for new skill releases. The only additional cost you might incur is your WhatsApp Business API costs if you choose WhatsApp, which are typically very low and charged directly by Meta rather than by Wilmot.
Wilmot includes 14+ pre-built skills: Business Consultancy, Image and File Understanding, Sales Agents, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Web Design and Development, Software Building, Recruitment, Finance, Project Management, HR and People Management, Legal and Contracts, Market Research, and Email and Communications. Absolutely, and this is one of the most powerful aspects of Wilmot. The more you train Wilmot about your business, the more accurate and useful it becomes. You can teach it your products and services, your pricing, your brand voice and tone, your standard procedures, your key contacts, your competitors and anything else that is relevant. Training happens through natural conversation, you simply tell Wilmot what you want it to know and it remembers it.
Yes. In addition to the 14+ pre-built skills, you can create custom skills tailored to your specific business. A custom skill is essentially a set of instructions and examples that tells Wilmot how to handle a particular type of task or interaction. For example, you might create a custom skill for responding to a specific type of customer enquiry, or for following a particular internal process. The Wilmot Academy includes a full guide to creating custom skills.
Wilmot's self-learning capability means it continuously improves based on your interactions. When you correct Wilmot, provide additional context or give feedback on a response, it incorporates that learning into future interactions. Over time, Wilmot becomes increasingly accurate in understanding your preferences, your business context and the specific way you like things done. This is separate from the general AI capability, which is also continuously improving as our underlying models are updated.
Wilmot is built on the latest generation of large language models, combined with our proprietary skill framework and memory system. The technology is continuously updated to incorporate improvements in AI capability, meaning Wilmot gets more powerful over time without you needing to do anything. The underlying infrastructure is hosted in UK data centres, in compliance with UK GDPR requirements.
Wilmot can integrate with a wide range of business software and services. Common integrations include Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft 365, accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage), CRM systems, project management tools and e-commerce platforms. Integration requirements vary by system. Our technical onboarding team can advise on what is possible for your specific tech stack.
Wilmot is designed to be accurate and helpful, but like any intelligent system it can occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete responses. We recommend reviewing Wilmot's outputs for important or high-stakes tasks, particularly in areas like legal, financial and HR where accuracy is critical. When Wilmot does make a mistake, simply correct it directly in the conversation. It will acknowledge the correction and incorporate it into future responses.
The standard subscription includes unlimited usage for normal business operations. There is no cap on the number of messages or tasks. In the unlikely event that a subscriber is placing extraordinary demands on the system that impact other users, our team would reach out to discuss solutions. In practice, this has never been an issue for any of our subscribers.

Wilmot retains your conversation history and the training information you provide so it can maintain context and continue improving. You can request a full export of your data at any time. If you close your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. We maintain detailed records of what data we hold and for how long in compliance with UK GDPR.
Yes, fully. Wilmot is designed from the ground up to comply with UK GDPR requirements. We serve as a data processor for your business data, and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. The legal skill can also assist with GDPR-related documents and subject access requests.
